The Territory shall be comprised of the following country(ies): Spain,
Portugal, and Andorra.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the manufacture, distribution, sale and/or advertising of the
Articles is specifically prohibited in, and the Territory specifically excludes, (a) any country,
region or territory that is the target of country-wide or territory-wide trade or economic sanctions
administered or enforced by OFAC, and/or (b) any country, region or territory where any such
activities would otherwise violate, or cause MGM to violate, any law of the United States of
America.
