Andorra, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain.
The Licensed Territory specifically excludes any country/territory not listed above, including without limitation, Mainland China, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan, and Syria, and any other territory where distribution or sale of the Licensed Articles is or becomes prohibited or restricted by law.
If any country or territory within the Licensed Territory is an EEA country, Lcensee is permitted to engage in Active Sales of the Licensed Articles to customers located in other EEA countries or accept and fulfill Passive Sales from customers located in other EEA Countries, but will neverthless refrain from Active Sales into a country or territory that has been exclusively reserved to Licensor or exclusively allocated to a third party.
